We routinely import data from most widely distributed Programs. We generally import patients?, guarantors? and insureds? data and can include insurance plans, patients? outstanding balances and sometimes appointments. Billing records are generally structured so differently between programs that a transfer would not be realistic. We do the import at our location via a private dropbox that we create on the internet for you. We give the import our best effort but we cannot make any guarantees with respect to its integrity or completeness. If you are a group and/or employ "1099" employees and wish to know totals of the payments received by the providers , please let us know before the import so that the database can be set up correctly. | |
