 | The Prescription Screen allows prescriptions to be written and/or recorded. The Prescription writer learns the medications, generic name, doses and the regimens that you use to quickly customize your own list. A Master List of medications used in Mental Healthcare and their doses is provided. The Prescriptions can be written either on blank paper or on State blanks. Each record can be annotated. Prescriptions can be hidden when they are completed or discontinued, so that only the current prescriptions are seen when the screen opens. The current prescriptions can be inserted into a Medical Record or Report. Prescriptions can be annotated. Any date-range of the Patients medications can be printed with the annotations. |
