- There is one patient list for all the clinicians that can be viewed on the toolbar anywhere in the program.
- The Appointments scheduler is integral with the rest of the program giving the scheduler access to the patients, clinicians, places of service etc.
- Pay-at-the-time and the printing of a bill or statement of service can be done directly from the scheduler.
- Posting into the accounts is done directly from the scheduler which eliminates re-entry of dates, clinician, place of service and in many cases cpt code.
- Moving between screens the selected corporate entity, clinician or patient is maintained and their records as appropriate are shown as the default.
