| The text corresponding to the checkmarks can be inserted into the medical record or a report. Memo boxes are used for additional comments that will also be inserted into the medical record. Additionally the forms can be scored for outcomes based analysis. Records of the forms themselves can be kept by date for each patient. Sample forms are provided for assessments and treatment plans, but they can be easily tailored to your specialty and needs. New forms can be made from scratch. Forms can be exported and imported for sharing with your colleagues. | |
