We routinely import data into a new TheraManager database from some widely used Programs on a best effort basis. We are generally able to import the patient demographics, guarantors and insureds information. We can include insurance plans, outstanding balances and sometimes appointments. Billing records are generally structured so differently between programs that a transfer would not be realistic. We do the import at our location so that you would need to place your data in a private dropbox that we create on the internet or send it by mail on a CD. We give the import our best effort but we cannot make any guarantees with respect to its integrity or completeness. If you are a group and/or employ "1099" providers and you wish to know totals of the payments received on their behalf, please let us know before the import so that the database can be set up correctly. | |
