- We offer FREE telephone training with remote access working on your computer. For some of our customers a brief overview is all that is required, but for others 2 hours is sufficient to get up and running.
- Continued support for the initially trained clinician and/or staff is FREE for the first three months.
- On-site training is available.
- Updates are FREE for the first 3 months.
- We provide a very inexpensive support and maintenance contract that covers support for the initially trained clinician and/or staff, and updates on a regular basis (typically monthly).
- We continually make enhancements, add new features and make modifications to the Program to reflect changes required by HIPAA , CMS or the insurance companies.
- Updates are posted regularly (typically monthly) and available from within the program, when covered with a support and maintenance contract.
