Separate Administrative segment of the program with a sepaparate password for the Administrator.
Users and users' access to screens and functions, and the records of each provider are setup.
Users are required to log in with a password.
The database is encrypted.
Network transmissions are encrypted.
The backups are encrypted.
Medical/Clinical Records are locked after 7 days to avoid accidental deletion.
Private Notes are only accessible to the user who created them.

The features outlined above also control the security of the financial records.
Each appointment and financial record has initials of user who created it.
All financial transactions, including voided, are recorded, and displayed in a grid locked to prevent deletion and tampering.
A Receptionist may be allowed to accept pay-at-the-time, show Patient as Attended but not Post the Appointment.
All money deposited into the Program will be printed out on a list or deposit slip for the bank. |
