- There are 3 types of Notes/Reports and 2 single notes for each Patient:
- Medical Records that are locked after 7 days or can be locked and signed manually.
- Private Notes that can only be read by the user, who wrote them.
- Reports are locked after 30 days.
- The single notescan be used as suggested or for other purposes. One is intended as a Summary and the other is for a Treatment Plan. They are not locked or lockable.
- You can design your own templates as the basis for a medical record, medical chart use them in template mode.
- Insert customized text from your own forms, diagnosis screen, patient's meds etc.
- Ready for Voice Recognition. Ready for a Tablet PC.
- A search engine that allows logical searches of (ie 'google') all the Notes.
- Many useful shortcuts and inserts such as Header and Footer, and patient information including name, address, age etc.
- Basic word-processor functions such as Cut, copy, paste, save to file, font etc.
- Printing of single or selected records.
- A search engine allows the whole medical record to be searched for key words.
- Links to stored files can be inserted into the medical record and will open that file when selected.

- Checkbox forms and the corresponding text for the record can be designed by you for any specialty using the Checkbox-Form Designer.
- The text corresponding to the checkmarks can be inserted into the medical record or a report.
- Memo boxes are used for additional comments that will also be inserted into the medical record.
- Additionally the forms can be scored for outcomes based analysis.
- Records of the forms themselves can be kept by date for each patient.
- Sample forms are provided for assessments and treatment plans, but they can be easily tailored to your specialty and needs.
- New forms can be made from scratch.
- Forms can be exported and imported for sharing with your colleagues.
