- The Patient Database is easy to establish, view and maintain.
- Patient\'s may be archived when inactive and the Archive may be reviewed to reactivate patients.
- Providers have their own Patients but a complete list of patients can viewed.
- The initial Patient Data may be imported from most existing Programs.
- Empty Face-sheets that match the screen-layouts can be printed.
- Filled-in face sheets may be printed for insertion in a paper chart.
- Duplicate last names are flagged on the toolbar as a reminder to check that the correct Patient is selected.
- There is a separate screen for Patient family data, affiliation etc.
- The Bill-payers (Guarantors) information is automatically copied from the patient data, unless it is not the same as the patient.

- The details of the primary and secondary insureds can be automatically copied from the Bill-payers Information.
- A Primary and Secondary Insurance Plan can be simply picked from a list established at the Organizations & Plans Screen.
- Insurance can also be setup on a by patient basis.
- If one of the Plans is designated as a Managed Care Plan then the Patient will be designated a Managed Care Patient.
- The demographic data of all patients can be viewed, ordered, sorted and printed for statistical purposes.
