- Simple to book with a double-click on the Appointments calendar.
- Select CPT code, place/room, or use defaults and click the Book Button.
- Options for repeats and managed care, phone reminder and to print an appointments card.
- Pop-up menu allows you to change status of appointments, which are color-coded eg. Booked, Attended, Missed, Waiting, Canceled and Posted.
- Single Booking for all the Providers, eg an office meeting or public holiday.
- Appointments can be Cut, Copy and Pasted to other times or Deleted.
- Prior and Next Appointments for the selected Patient can be located.
- A single patient record allows patient to be booked with any Provider..
- Booking checks to see if the patient is on the Waiting List or the Follow-up List, or needs an authorization.
- Optional note for an appointment shows in banner.
- Option to list multiple CPTs for a given appointment.
