Group pricing is by the number of full-time clinicians, or full-time equivalents ie part-timers are significantly discounted.
A special oem database engine is required for networking and is required to be registered for the maximum number of users that will be logged in to TheraManager at any one time.
The database engine can be setup and used with internet access.
Even if you are not networked in the office, a single user-license provides transaction processing and allows internet access to the database.
Adding features, providers and users is easily done at any future time as your needs change.
Payment terms for new offices.
The initial purchase covers support, training and updates for six months.
A very attractively priced long term support and maintenance contract covers support ,regular updates (typically monthly) to the program and updates to the database engine.
