| Take Advantage of More Features in a Group Practice |
|
The graphical appointments scheduler becomes dramatically more effective in a group practice |
- The days appointments for all the clinicians can be displayed "full-screen". On a high-resolution monitor the appointments for over 24 clinicians can be viewed at one time. Beyond this number simple scrolling is all that is necessary.
- A "View by Room" allows viewing of all the rooms, which may be in different locations, so that double-booking clashes are avoided. The same full-screen capability is available to see the occupancy of your facity or facilities simultaneously.
- In room view a single side panel shows the schedule, booked appointments or vacation for a selected provider.
- The "clash" warning to prevent double-booking can be turned off to allow it.
- Appointments may be booked etc in room view as in the clinician view.
- A common booking eg for a public holiday office meeting may be booked forn all the clinicians in one shot.
- A reserved time can be marked eg for the clinician on "take" and appointments can be booked over it.
- Being able to see the scheduled working day for each clinician is invaluable to all the staff.
- Cut and paste works between clinician\\\'s schedules which makes rearranging a schedule very easy.
- Appointments can be printed out for those clinicians without access to a computer.
